Before their recent 41,000-sq.-ft. renovation, this casino in West Memphis didn’t have a stellar reputation compared to its Vegas-like peers located 40 miles away in Tunica, Miss. But this old dog track has come a long way. Best of all, it is still just minutes from Downtown Memphis. Sounds like a win-win to me.
